Your tasks:‍

• Supporting the daily processes in the practice and direct care of our patients
  
• Scheduling and managing patient data
• Support in carrying out medical procedures and assistance in the treatment room
  
• Simple billing activities and administrative tasks
  

What we are looking for:

• Completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d) or in a similar profession; career starters are welcome
  
• Initial experience in a medical facility an advantage, but not a must
• Basic knowledge in the field of medical billing is desirable
  
• Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor
  
• Ability to work in a team and empathy, especially when dealing with sensitive patient concerns
  
• Basic knowledge of English is an advantage, but not a requirement
